Guests may pre-book one dinner reservation in each specialty restaurant prior to sailing, then subsequent reservations may be made on board, space dependent. Guests may contact the Maître D' once onboard to request additional reservations, if available. Compass Rose and Sette Mari At La Veranda do not require reservations.
Shore Excursions may be reserved online beginning 300 days before your cruise sails, or 365 days for guests eligible for our Concierge Amenities, at 7am Eastern US Time. To do so, please create an account via the My Account section of our website and access the Book Excursions link for your cruise via the Booked Cruises tab. Any Regent Choice Shore Excursions reserved in advance must be paid for at time of confirmation using a major credit card.
Please note that we are continually doing everything possible to clear wait lists for our guests, and if/when space becomes available, we clear the list in the order the wait list was received. Regretfully, we have to go through a process of requesting additional space from our tour operators and this can take some time as they may have to source additional equipment and guides at their end. The wait lists are currently run approximately once per week and at that time; we send our requests to the various operators for additional space. Each sail date can have different allotments based on several factors, such as availability of guides, coaches, boats, planes, time in port, etc. Nevertheless, if and when we are able to confirm additional space, we will do so in as timely a manner as possible.
For your convenience, you may reserve your spa treatment by calling Serene Spa & Wellness at 1.877.718.4244 beginning 60 days before your cruise. Guests under 16 are not permitted in the Spa or Fitness Center unless accompanied by an adult.
The F means Forward deck which helps in the loading of bags on the pier.
The amount of personal baggage allowed on our vessels is not limited, but airlines do have limitations so please check with your particular airline. The customary allowance per person is two checked pieces that must not exceed 107 inches (273 cm) when length, height and width measurements are combined. No single piece may exceed the three-dimensional sum of 62 inches (158 cm) and a weight of 70 lbs. (31.75 kg).

Please advise Regent Seven Seas Cruises of any special dietary requirements you may have, including kosher meal requests, 120 days prior to sailing for voyages embarking in the US and 150 days for all other voyages, by sending an e-mail to specialrequests@rssc.com. General dietary needs such as low salt or low cholesterol foods can be satisfied onboard the ship just by speaking with the dining wait staff.
Attire ranges from Casual to Formal Optional. Casual wear consists of resort-style outfits; some examples are jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Casual wear is appropriate for daytime both on board or ashore. Casual wear is not appropriate after 6:00 PM. On the night prior to disembarkation, guests may need to pack their luggage early due to morning flights the next day. With this in mind, on the last night of every voyage, we will relax the dress code for dinner to Casual.
Otherwise, the recommended onboard dress in the evenings is Elegant Casual. Dinner dress for ladies includes a skirt, or slacks with a blouse or sweater, a pant suit or dress; slacks and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Sport jackets are optional. Casual wear is not to be worn at dinner. Ties are not required.
On sailings of 16 nights or more, Formal and Semi-Formal attire is optional on two of the evenings. On the two Formal Optional evenings, guests are welcome to dress as per the elegant Casual dress code or opt for a more formal choice of clothing including gowns and cocktail dresses for ladies; tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with tie for gentlemen.
As of January 1, 2016, U.S. passport holders will no longer be able to add additional visa pages to passports. Passport holders in need of additional pages will need to renew their passport prior to sailing. It is the policy of Regent Seven Seas Cruises to require passports for ALL travelers for all voyages, regardless of guests' nationality and ports of call and countries visited. You must obtain and carry a valid passport to board a Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessel. Passport Cards or a copy of a passport are not accepted. Passports must be valid for six months beyond the conclusion of your cruise. Please obtain or renew your passports early. Consult your travel professional or customs authority for documentation requirements for your cruise.
NOTE: The U.S. State Department maintains up-to-date information on travel document requirements worldwide. For more information, please visit http://travel.state.gov.
For information on obtaining or renewing a passport, visit the State Department web site Passports page. Passport instructions and application forms can also be downloaded from the Visa Central website at www.visacentral.com/rssc.
Visa requirements must be verified and obtained approximately 90 days prior to sailing. Required visas by cruise may be found at www.visacentral.com/rssc.
Blanket visas through Regent Seven Seas Cruises cover only our shore excursions, not trips that passengers decide to do by themselves. It is the passenger's responsibility to determine passport and visa requirements for their cruise itinerary. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all required visas and travel documents prior to sailing.
U.S. citizens are not required to obtain a Canadian Visa. To verify if your nationality requires a Canadian visa, please visit the following Canadian immigration website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
Canadian officials will not permit guests to remain onboard while in a Canadian port without proper documentation, so you will be denied boarding if the visa is not presented at the pier at the time of your scheduled cruise departure. To learn more, please visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp. If you are a Non-U.S. or Non-Canadian citizen, you will be denied boarding without compensation if you do not hold the proper VISA documents.
Past Criminal Convictions
The Canadian Government is strictly enforcing entry requirements and as a result some U.S. and Canadian citizens with past criminal records or convictions may be refused entry into Canada. Almost all convictions including petty crimes and misdemeanors may render a person inadmissible to Canada, regardless of how long ago they occurred. It is recommended that persons who have been charged in the past or who have past convictions, no matter how petty or small, obtain the necessary documents before attempting to enter Canada.
To learn more about applying for these documents we strongly recommend you visit the following website for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5312ETOC.asp
Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not have control over such matters. If guest is denied entry into Canada for whatever reason no refunds will be forthcoming.
After receipt of final payment and required guest registration, cruise documents will be sent to guests via email, and a welcome letter with luggage tags will be sent to guests by traditional mail, approximately 45 days prior to departure. If you are on a Regent Seven Seas Cruises air/sea program, your flight itinerary will be issued wherever possible in the form of e-tickets. Airlines have mandated that all travel agencies and cruise lines issue e-tickets on all e-ticket eligible itineraries. If passengers require a paper ticket on an e-ticket eligible itinerary, airline fees will be assessed.
