Travel Partner Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: REGENT SEVEN SEAS CRUISES & ASTON MARTIN ARAMCO FORMULA ONE TEAM

1. Eligibility. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to travel partners who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America (including the District of Columbia) or Canada (excluding Quebec), aged 18 years or over ("Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of Seven Seas Cruises Ltd., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises (“Sponsor), its respective parent companies and respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the prize and anyone else professionally associated with running the Prize Draw (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3 February 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 28 February 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Prize Draw. All entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period.

3. How to Enter. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the Entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions”). The decision of the Sponsor is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant (i) needs to make a new booking for 2025 calendar year made during the Prize Draw Period; (ii) must complete one (1) entry form per each new booking for 2025 calendar year made during the Prize Draw Period, which is located at www.RSSC.com/TAIncentive and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including, but not limited to, providing proof of the new booking, your first name, last name, a valid email address, phone number, agency address, agency booking number; and (iii) must click “SUBMIT” to confirm that he/she has read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy . Entrants may make multiple entries during the Prize Draw Period for each new booking made for the 2025 calendar year during the Prize Draw Period. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. Entrant submission name and travel partner name on RSSC reservations booking system must match. Eligible bookings must be new bookings and options must be held within incentive period, and back-to-back cruises class as one booking. Bookings made prior to the Prize Draw Period start date do not qualify. The drawing will be conducted shortly afterwards from all eligible entries received. Bookings made with TA/Interline F&F rates do not qualify as a new 2025 booking and entries containing bookings made using TA/Interline F&F rates shall be excluded.

5. Prize. There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize available to be won is access for one (1) travel partner and one (1) guest to one day at the Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix in May 2025 (each, a “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Prize will be for two (2) tickets to one day at the Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix, but there are three (3) separate Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix day prizes are available to be won as follows: One (1) winner for the May 2nd, 2025 Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix will be drawn first, followed by one (1) winner for the May 3rd, 2025 Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix and then one (1) winner for the May 4th, 2025 Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix. A travel stipend of US$350.00 per person (1 stipend each in the form of a gift card for each Winner and for each Winner’s guest) will also be given. The prize for each set of one (1) Experience day’s tickets for the Winner and Winner’s guest is valued at US value US$8,066.00/Canadian value $6,000.00. The delivery details of each Prize will be confirmed with the winner (“Winner”). The Prize(s) are non-transferrable, subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives. Odds of winning a Prize will depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. If potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question as a condition of being awarded the prize. Winners will be required to provide his/her tax payer ID number or social security number or W9 for tax purposes where prize value requires it (prizes with value over $600 will be reported on a US 1099 form). Winner may only win one (1) Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix day prize and may not win multiple prizes.

6. Entries. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. Winner Notification. Three Winners will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor from all entries received by the Prize Draw closing date. Sponsor shall verify details of the selected entry and booking to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions. The Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor by email or phone within approximately fourteen (14) days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. Should the Sponsor be unable to contact the Winner or should the Winner be unable to accept the Prize within seven (7) days from first contact, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor will contact the Winners 14 days prior to the Aston Martin Aramco VIP Race Experience at the Miami Grand Prix respective Experience date to confirm their attendance. Should the Winner not be able to attend the respective Experience date, Sponsor can claim the prize back for another winner to be chosen at random and awarded. Prize is not transferable. The Winner’s name and city/county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Seven Seas Cruises Ltd., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises, 7665 Corporate Center Drive, Miami, Florida 33126 within one month after the closing date of the Prize Draw. Sponsor shall cover all costs (including import/export duties and taxes, if applicable) relating to shipping the Prize to the Winner.

8. Prize Availability. The Prize as described is available on the date of publication. Winner will not receive the value of any difference between the approximate retail value and actual retail value of the prize(s).

9. Publicity. The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Sponsor. Except where prohibited, entrants grant Sponsor permission to publish his/her name, town/city and state of residency on their websites or promotional materials in the event of winning. Entrants also grant permission to release full names on a Winner’s list to individuals requesting a mailed copy of same.

10. Privacy Policy. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this Prize Draw and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy and applicable law. By providing the personal data of others, Entrants confirm that they have the authority to do so on their behalf and have provided them with the information set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. Release. Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor and accordingly the Sponsor may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draw and the Entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Sponsor as a result thereof. The Sponsor is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the Prize Draw as well as the provision of the Prize. By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, and subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Prize Draw or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Prize Draw-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties. Winner and Winner’s guest are subject to all Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team guest terms and conditions. Prize(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen, or not redeemed, and are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor Parties are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel cancellation or delay. Sponsor Parties are not responsible and will have no liability if the Winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. All expenses, including taxes, not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of the prize(s) and are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Sponsor Parties shall not be responsible for any prize that is not redeemed or forfeited.

12. General. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.
