Wadi Rum Off-Road Adventure Shore Excursion in Aqaba, Jordan
Your day begins with a 50-mile drive to the village of Rum. After arriving at your destination, you’ll hop on off-road vehicles and begin a 2-hour journey through the starkly beautiful Wadi Rum, with its sheer granite and sandstone cliffs, and uniquely shaped mountains rising dramatically out of the sand. The magnificent scenery, including the towering cliffs of weathered stone, ancient riverbeds and mauve-colored stretches of sand will amaze you.
As you drive through the desert with your local guide, you’ll spot several Bedouin tribes scattered throughout the area. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing cup of mint tea or cardamom coffee at one of these Bedouin camps. Leaving the hauntingly stunning scenery behind, you will re-board your motor coach and return to Aqaba.
