Your excursion begins with a brief narrated drive through the city of Adelaide while making your way to Mt Lofty. At the summit, you’ll find a complex with a large lookout terrace from where you will enjoy the panoramic views looking back to South Australia's capital city (weather permitting).
Onward through the Adelaide Hills on your way to one of the popular boutique wineries. Here, you’ll learn about the rich varieties of grapes grown in this region and explore the different flavors of exquisite wines during a tasting.
Please note: This tour includes approximately 1 hour of moderate walking/standing and negotiating a few steps. This tour is available to wheelchair guests who have a collapsible wheelchair and are able to get on and off transportation. Guests must be self-sufficient or if assistance is required, should travel with a companion who can provide this. Weather appropriate clothing, a sun cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, and flat, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the wine tasting. The winery visited varies depending on availability. Due to safety issues, the photo-stop at Mount Lofty Summit is subject to weather conditions.
