Highlights

  • Sail to and from isolated Colombier Beach on a spacious catamaran.
  • Admire the island’s natural beauty as much of the coast is wild and undeveloped.
  • Relax as you please on the crescent-shaped beach, which a pristine bay rims.

Description

Take in the gorgeous views of St. Barts while sailing a spacious 45-foot catamaran to an idyllic beach near the island’s northwestern tip, where you will be free to relax as you please. Along the way, you will pass landmarks such as Gustavia Lighthouse, although most of the coast is uninhabited and blanketed by tropical vegetation. The closer you come to Colombier Beach, the more remote it will feel as this sheltered stretch of sand is only accessible by boat or by hiking a fairly lengthy trail. The crescent-shaped bay is also known as Rockefeller Bay as David Rockefeller once owned the villa there. The water couldn’t be more pristine as it contains a protected marine sanctuary teeming with colorful fish and sea turtles. You will be welcome to swim in the typically calm waters, stroll along the shore or simply sunbathe with a refreshing rum punch in hand before sailing back.
