Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: A Glittering Opportunity with Regent & Faberge

1. Eligibility. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to travel partners who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over ("Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors  or representatives, of Seven Seas Cruises S. de R.L., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises (“Sponsor), its respective parent companies and respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the prize and anyone else professionally associated with running the Prize Draw (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw begins at 09:00:00 AM GMT on October 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM GMT on November 30, 2023 (“Prize Draw Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Prize Draw. All entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period.

3. How to Enter. Details of how to enter form part of the Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the Entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Sponsor is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To enter the Prize Draw, an Entrant (i) needs to make a new Regent booking for 2024 calendar year made during the Prize Draw Period; (ii) must complete one (1) entry form per each new booking for 2024 calendar year made during the Prize Draw Period, which is located at www.rssc.com/faberge-incentive, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including, but not limited to, providing proof of the new booking, your first name, last name, a valid email address, phone number, agency address, agency booking number, and ABTA number/Agency ID; and (iii) must click “SUBMIT” to confirm that he/she have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrant submission name and travel partner name on RSSC reservations booking system must match. Eligible bookings must be new bookings and options must be held within incentive period, and back-to-back cruises class as one booking. Bookings made prior to the Prize Draw Period start date do not qualify. Entrants may make multiple entries during the Prize Draw Period for each new booking made for the 2024 calendar year during the Prize Draw Period. Each entry is restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. The drawing will be conducted shortly afterwards from all eligible entries received. Bookings made with TA/Interline F&F rates do not qualify as a new 2024 booking and entries containing bookings made using TA/Interline F&F rates shall be excluded.

5. Prize. The prize available to be won is one (1) Faberge pendant necklace for one (1) winner (“Prize”) (RRP £7,638). The delivery details of the Prize will be confirmed with the winner (“Winner”). The Prize is non-transferrable, subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. Only tax at the basic rate is covered for the prize.

6. Entries. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. Winner Notification. One Winner will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor on December 11, 2023 live via webinar from all entries received by the Prize Draw closing date. Sponsor shall verify details of the selected entry and booking to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions. The Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor by email or phone within approximately fourteen (14) days of the closing date of the Prize Draw. Should the Sponsor be unable to contact the Winner or should the Winner be unable to accept the Prize within seven (7) days from first contact, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Seven Seas Cruises S. de R.L., d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises, 7665 Corporate Center Drive, Miami, Florida 33126 within one month after the closing date of the Prize Draw. Sponsor shall cover all costs (including import/export duties and taxes, if applicable) relating to shipping the Prize to the Winner.

8. Prize Availability. The Prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the Prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be provided.

9. Publicity. The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Sponsor.

10. Privacy Policy. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this Prize Draw and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy and applicable law.

11. Release. Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor and accordingly the Sponsor may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draw and the Entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Sponsor as a result thereof. The Sponsor is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the Prize Draw as well as the provision of the Prize. By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, and subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Prize Draw or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Prize Draw-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

13. General. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.
