If what you are looking for is a wonderful and relaxing respite at one of Sri Lanka's pristine beaches, this tour is the perfect choice.

Traveling from the pier, it's a scenic drive of just over 1-hour to the Heritance Ahungalle Resort. Tucked away in landscaped coconut-grove gardens and overlooking a magnificent beach, the resort offers up a welcome dose of peace and tranquility.

The day is at your leisure to enjoy as you please. The most difficult part of your day will be simply deciding which of the many tempting amenities you want to take advantage of. Maybe it will be the peace and solitude of the beach as you work on your tan and listen to gentle waves lap on shore. For the more energetic, perhaps a refreshing dip in the pool or a game of tennis, volleyball, badminton, table tennis or snooker. The Resort also boasts a wonderful spa where you can pamper yourself (extra-charges to be paid directly to the Resort will apply for Spa treatments).

An early afternoon buffet lunch is included and then you will have some additional time to do as you wish. Mid-afternoon, you will rejoin your coach for the transfer back to the pier in Galle.

Please note: Walking on this tour is mainly at the guests' discretion. Due to accessibility issues, this tour is not available to wheelchair guests. Those with mobility concerns are cautioned to evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Light-weight cotton clothing; swimwear; sun cap; sunglasses; sunscreen and flat, comfortable walking shoes are suggested. Towels are provided by the Resort.
