Key West
This flower-scented little city/island is a haven for famous writers, former hippies, struggling artists, sun seekers, and tourists from all over the world. They like the relaxed pace, the storybook architecture, the carnival-like street life, and they are drawn to Mallory Square every evening to applaud the sunset. The island, just 2 miles wide by 4 miles long, is one of about a thousand coral islets in an archipelago that stretches 126 miles southward from Miami.
The following Shore Excursions are available for this port on this cruise, and may be reserved beginning 180 days before the cruise begins.

Discover Key West in three unique ways during this colorful and entertaining island tour aboard a Conch Tour Train or an Old Town Trolley, and visits to the Key West Aquarium and Shipwreck Historium.
Your Key West discovery will begin with a fully narrated, 1-hour tour of the island via Old Town Trolley or Conch Tour Train. Along the way, your conductor will point out unique details and renowned landmarks.
Next, you will proceed for a self-guided visit to the Shipwreck Historeum, which opened in June 1994 as a re-creation of the 1856 wreckers' warehouse. Inside, you will see a video presentation depicting how Key West once became the wealthiest city in America. This nautical museum serves as a backdrop for artifacts from the Issac Allerton, which sank in 1856. Don't miss the view from the lateen tower, or wreckers' lookout that rises 65 feet above street level and provides a great viewpoint from which to photograph your ship.
Your tour will conclude with a self-guided visit to the Aquarium, Key West's oldest attraction. Built in 1934 as an open-air aquarium, it was recently expanded to include both Gulf and Atlantic shores exhibits.
Please note: Following your self-guided tour of the Historeum and Aquarium, you will be responsible for meeting the all-aboard time designated by the ship. Please check the daily program for the scheduled departure time of the ship.
