This flower-scented little city/island is a haven for famous writers, former hippies, struggling artists, sun seekers, and tourists from all over the world. They like the relaxed pace, the storybook architecture, the carnival-like street life, and they are drawn to Mallory Square every evening to applaud the sunset. The island, just 2 miles wide by 4 miles long, is one of about a thousand coral islets in an archipelago that stretches 126 miles southward from Miami.

Explore the fascinating history of Key West during this unique tour aboard the Old Town Trolley or Conch Tour Train, and a visit to the Harry S. Truman Little White House.

Depart the pier for the brief stroll to the trolley or train depot. Upon arrival, you will climb aboard and travel approximately 1.4 miles through Old Key West. As you explore the largest historical district in the United States, you will hear colorful anecdotes, learn about the island's history and pass by many renowned landmarks, including the Hemingway House, Southernmost Point, Audubon House, Duval Street, and more.
Along the way, you will also learn about the pirating history of this colorful island, and pass by the active harbor. The old conch homes reflect the great wrecking days that once made Key West the wealthiest city in the United States. The tour will end at Mallory Square in the heart of the Old Town. From here, you will be escorted 1.5 blocks to the Harry S. Truman Little White House.
The Harry S. Truman Little White House offers guided tours of this presidential museum that depart about every 15 minutes. Built in 1890 on the waterfront of the harbor, the Little White House served as the first officers' quarters on the naval station. At the beginning of the 20th century, the home was converted into a single-family dwelling to house the base commandant. During your guided tour of this presidential museum, you will learn about the many distinguished guests that once stayed here, including Thomas Edison, British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan, and Presidents Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Carter, and Clinton.
Following your guided tour, you will follow the signs for the three-block, 200-yard walk back to the pier.
