DAY 1

Upon arrival at Miami International Airport, you will be met and transferred to the Canyon Ranch Hotel and Spa, which is located on the oceanfront on Miami Beach. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes, during which you can enjoy the sights of one of America's most vibrant cities.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive earlier, it is suggested that you pack exercise and swim wear and the appropriate shoes in your carry-on, so you may use the hotel's fitness facilities and enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive.

The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy the hotel, which offers abundant healthy living opportunities. It's a wonderful oasis where you will spend two nights in complete comfort.

DAY 2

Start the day with breakfast and the rest of the day is at your leisure. Read a good book, savor an organic cocktail or enjoy a cup of tea in the inviting Conservatory. Chat with a friend as you people-watch in the outdoor Palm Court. Enjoy a light snack and innovative cocktails in the Carillon Lounge. Linger awhile in the stunning Library.

There's no such thing as hurrying here. Play and relax on the pristine beach or pamper yourself with a day at the luxury spa. Walk on the beach or take an exhilarating Beach Boot Camp class. Work out in world-class gyms with stunning ocean views, or relax in one of the four beautiful pools. Play golf and tennis nearby, or take surfing lessons. Outdoor pleasures abound at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach.

DAY 3

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After check out at 12:00pm/noon, you will be transferred to the ship for embarkation.

The temperatures in Miami can vary greatly depending on your month of travel. You can expect it to be a minimum of 60° Fahrenheit (15° Celsius) with temperatures rising to 85° Fahrenheit (29° Celsius), perhaps even higher.

Please note: Land programs that encompass multiple days ashore customarily include extensive and prolonged activity, while those of shorter durations typically have more moderate activity levels. However, each program varies and participants should be prepared to negotiate a mixture of surfaces, which may include inclines, cobblestones, sand, gravel and natural paths. There may also be a need to climb steps or stairs on occasion. Guests who utilize a wheelchair and those with mobility concerns are advised to check with the cruise line in advance to see if any portion of the tour program may not be considered suitable for their individual situation. Weather-appropriate clothing, hats, sunglasses, and flat comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
