Scenic Rapallo and Sestri Levante
Duration: 4 hours
Tour Code: pof-001
A short cruise by local boat is a spellbinding way to approach Rapallo, a gracious resort city that curves around a stunning bay.
While your visit in Rapallo is but an hour, it will be time well spent and highly informative as your guide introduces you to some of Rapallo's most fascinating buildings during your walking tour.
Next, you'll re-board your boat and cruise to Sestri Levante, a delightful seaside village famed for its picturesque setting, which has inspired writers such as Ezra Pound and Hans Christian Andersen. In fact, Andersen named the village's Bay of Fables. After a short, guided walk through this lovely town, you will have free time to browse the art galleries or visit the Romanesque church San Nicoló. Afterwards, you'll sail back to Portofino and your awaiting ship.
