MARIO VILLALOBOS, Director, Charter & Incentive Sales Mario is based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and joined RSSC in 1997. Prior to that, Mario was with a major incentive agency in the Midwest for 17 years, purchasing cruises for major incentive customers. Mario has 28 years of incentive experience to the RSSC C&I Sales Team.

BARBARA WALDSPURGER, Program Specialist Barbara has been in the cruise industry since 1967 working with groups, charters and reservations starting with Eastern Steamship/Cruise Lines (Admiral Cruise Lines), CTN/Florida Cruise Center, Orient Cruise Lines and with RSSC since 1999. Barbara is based in our Ft. Lauderdale World Headquarters Office.

HEATHER LARKIN, Program Specialist Heather brings almost ten years of travel industry experience to RSSC, joining the company in 2005. Heather serves as a primary liaison between the customer, sales contacts, Travel Managers, external vendors, and various shoreside and onboard personnel. Heather is based in our Ft. Lauderdale World Headquarters office.
